The most difficult dilemma is finding a space in Auckland where a team can assemble to discuss strategy, be comfortable, maintain energy levels, promote thinking, and has all the facilities.

I found this space at The Delivery Suite, hosted by Studio 23.

The team really enjoyed getting out of the office and going to a place where we could focus on the task at hand without work interruptions. It was a comfortable and cool environment that encouraged ideas and thinking also working well for break out groups. Every detail has been thought of when this room was designed.

During the day people were upbeat and did not tire in the afternoon, and that is always a good sign of an environment that people feel good about being in. Best of all "The Lovin Buzzer" where someone came running with whatever we needed. The service throughout the day was unobtrusive therefore not interrupting the flow of our discussions.

This space is perfect for think tanks, meetings, workshops, team activities or whatever you need to get the most out of a group of people.

The Delivery Suite provided the perfect back drop for our recent team Diva Day. The relaxed atmosphere, comfy furniture, cool music and delicious catering ensured all our creative juices were flowing! We seemed a million miles away from the stresses of the office and were sorry to have to leave when it was over and embark back in to the real world.

Whenever someone asks me to organize a creative meeting it sends me into a cold sweat.  Trying to find a place that lets people relax and not be dulled by beige walls is impossible.  Actually it was impossible.
 
Thank goodness for the guys at The Delivery Suite.  Finally there is a place in Auckland which has the sophistication required by any  demanding corporate client, but also encourages the creative juices to flow.  Added with some of the best hospitality you could hope for – a well resourced room with all audio visual equipment you would to need, the “Lovin Button” to get someone to help you, to the hot towels after a meal.  Magic.
 
Oh yeah and don’t let it being in Manukau put you off.  For once there is decent parking, and close to the motorway.
 
I am really impressed with the Delivery Suite teams passion to ensure each and every meeting is a success.  I wouldn’t hesitate recommending you use this room for your next team building, planning day or brainstorming session.  Have fun.
